Overview
The Department of Consumer Science at Sungkyunkwan University is seeking a faculty member who has strong expertise in research and education in fintech and personal financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of how emerging technologies, such as blockchain, mobile payments, and cryptocurrencies, transform the financial sector and contribute to personal financial well-being. This position involves designing and implementing innovative curricula that reflect the evolving dynamics of the digital finance market, equipping students with the skills to thrive as financial professionals in a rapidly changing digital environment.
 
Qualifications
- Candidates must demonstrate outstanding research accomplishments within the last three years
- Candidates should be able to deliver exceptional and progressive pedagogical strategies in the education of students
- Candidates are required to have the proficiency to conduct lectures in English and provide guidance for the dissertations of international students
- Candidates must be free from any impediments that would disqualify them from being appointed as educators in private educational institutions
